Welcome to Pravi
We help organizations grow.
Advise. Teach. Partner.
Pravi helps organizations grow through advisory services, learning and development programs, and partnership development activity.
Advisory
Services
Pravi advisory services range from holistic design-and-build engagements to assistance with boards of directors and corporate governance. Do we advise? Yes. More than that, we execute. Think of us as a source of counsel and action.
Learning &
Development
Pravi provides world-class Learning & Development products, content, and services — from bespoke programmatic design to curriculum development, from creating certificates to transforming organizational culture. In-person, online, and hybrid models are utilized.
Partnership
Development
Pravi conceives and executes partnerships to accelerate growth. We work with principals only — and our long-term relationships with decision makers drive revenue, create brand equity, or lower costs. It's a secret weapon to build inorganic growth.
As work changes at lightning speed and technology becomes omnipresent, one principle is clear: Humans Still Matter®. We help organizations define the way forward, optimize human performance at work, and execute partnerships to survive — and thrive — in the age of AI.

Our Inspiration
"Entrepreneurship is the pursuit of opportunity beyond the resources currently controlled."
– Howard H. Stevenson
Howard H. Stevenson
Howard H. Stevenson is Harvard Business School's "father of entrepreneurship" and most influential professor in history in defining the field. Howard coined what Inc Magazine proclaimed to be the "best definition of an entrepreneur ever." He was Harvard's Vice Provost, the founding president of famed hedge-fund, Baupost, and chair of NPR.
Pravi's origin can be traced to the relationship between Howard and one of Pravi's co-founders, Eric Sinoway. Initially introduced when Eric undertook an independent study with Howard at Harvard, the two have collaborated for almost 20 years.
"Long before artificial intelligence began generating answers, Howard was teaching people how to make better decisions."

Howard's giftRevised and Expanded
Howard's Gift: Uncommon Wisdom for Life and Leadership in the Age of AI is a book about decisions.
Since its original release to critical acclaim, Howard's Gift has resonated with CEOs and students, rising leaders to parents, and has been incorporated into academic programs and leadership development efforts worldwide. It is a core piece of content utilized in Pravi's learning and development programs.
The new content from Pravi CEO Eric Sinoway and Co-Founder Howard Stevenson in the revised and expanded version helps readers slow down, ask better questions, and make clearer decisions. In today's context, Howard's Gift serves as a practical decision lens for a world overwhelmed by possibility but hungry for clarity.
speakingPrinciples in Practice
Pravi CEO Eric Sinoway is a keynote speaker who addresses one of the defining leadership challenges of our time: as technology expands what is possible, who remains accountable for the decisions that shape organizations and lives? He speaks to leadership teams, groups, and conferences about ways to think in a moment of uncertainty.
Eric's speeches help leaders strengthen judgment, decision making, and accountability in the age of AI by utilizing Pravi's Humans Still Matter Operating Lens, Decision Wisdom Framework, and Five Principles for Life & Leadership in the age of AI. These tools provide practical lessons to help organizations determine what should be delegated to technology and what must remain an act of human judgment, and for making deliberate trade-offs, choosing what matters, and owning consequences over time.
